Certified translations: we also provide certified translations for important personal documents on request at a surcharge of €7.50 plus VAT per document and copy. We will bill the certification separately from the agreed fee for translation.

Proofreading, editing, revision, hourly rate (European languages): €55.00

Proofreading, editing, revision, hourly rate (Asian languages): €65.00

Text translation and localisation for advertising, hourly rate: €75.00

Text design and copywriting (press releases, product documentation, brochures, etc.), hourly rate: €75.00

Project management

We also provide project management as a percentage rate of the total order value or as a lump sum according to agreement.

Terminology management and glossary or term base creation

We charge per unit time or in a lump sum for compiling and managing customer-specific term bases or glossaries. As an alternative, we also charge a fee per term according to agreement.

Negotiation interpreters

English, French, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, Dutch, daily rate: €720.00 (€90.00 per hour)

Simultaneous interpreters

English, French, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, Dutch, daily rate: €850.00

Simultaneous interpreters always work in pairs, and can only be booked in pairs.

Interpreter booths and conference equipment: billed according to scope and cost (depending on venue, number of attendees, duration of the event, etc.)

Telephone interpreting

Phone conferences begin at the agreed time and date using our own telephone system. The base fee is €25.00.

The fee for the telephone interpreting is €3.00 per attendee and minute or part thereof.
